Weapons: licensing; certain regulations for the storage of firearms and ammunition for dealers of retail businesses; provide for, and require the installation of electronic security systems to meet state specifications. Amends 1927 PA 372 (MCL 28.421 - 28.435) by adding sec. 14b.
