Health; other; promulgation of rules on the sale, manufacture, and use of vapor products; prohibit, and declare the in-state manufacturing of vapor products and the sale and purchase of those products a sovereign right. Amends sec. 2226 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.2226).
