Health occupations; dentists; grantee health agencies; allow department to designate dentists as grantee health agencies, limit civil liability under certain circumstances, and require dental hygienists to maintain liability insurance under certain circumstances. Amends sec. 16625 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.16625).
