Taxation; tobacco; tax on certain electronic smoking devices and certain tobacco products; modify, and earmark revenue. Amends secs. 2. 7, 11 & 12 of 1993 PA 327 (MCL 205.422 et seq.) & repeals sec. 14 of 1993 PA 327 (MCL 205.434).
