An Act requiring municipal spending reports on the use of opioid settlement funds

Municipalities spending less than 50% of their allocated funds must explain barriers and outline plans for using remaining funds. The state's Executive Office of Health and Human Services will review reports and provide feedback on best practices, available resources, and additional funding opportunities.
