An Act relative to license suspensions

HD 1095 modifies license suspension rules for alcohol retailers. It removes distinctions between supermarkets, convenience stores, and package stores when a license holder violates laws against selling alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons. The bill requires that for cities/towns authorizing all-alcohol sales licenses, a suspension ordered by the local licensing authority must halt *all* commercial activity at the location - including sales of non-alcoholic items - during the suspension period. This applies specifically to licensees found in violation of Chapter 138's alcohol sale provisions.
