This bill authorizes the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to enter into a 25-year lease with the town of Plymouth for Pilgrim Memorial State Park. Under this arrangement, the town assumes responsibility for day-to-day maintenance, utility costs, and general oversight of the park's facilities and land. The town must also carry comprehensive liability insurance naming the state as a co-insured and establish its own rules and fees for public use. While the town manages operations, it requires written state approval before designing or constructing any new facilities on the property.
