This bill authorizes the town of Pembroke to grant one additional license for the sale of takeout alcoholic beverages (not for on-premises consumption) specifically to South Shore Market and Deli at 256 Church Street. The license is limited to that exact location and cannot be transferred elsewhere. If the license ends or is canceled, it must be returned to Pembroke's licensing authority, which may later issue it to a new applicant at the same address after verifying tax compliance. The license must be issued within three years of the bill's effective date.
