An Act authorizing the town of Scituate to issue four additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises

This bill allows the town of Scituate to convert two existing seasonal alcohol licenses (for Salt Marsh Winery and Split Rock Scituate) into annual licenses for on-site consumption, and to issue two new licenses for alcohol sales at establishments in three designated economic zones: the Harbor Business District, Greenbush Driftway Gateway District, and North Scituate Village. Licenses must be used only within specific mapped areas of these zones and marked accordingly. The licenses are restricted to dining rooms and reasonable public areas, and cannot be transferred outside their designated zones. The town's licensing authority must approve all new licenses under these conditions, with all licenses needing to be issued within three years of the bill's effective date.
