An Act relative to Massachusetts policy and procedures for missing and abducted children

The guide must set minimum standards for law enforcement agencies and include training for both new and veteran officers, while also ensuring intake forms are available in multiple languages. Law enforcement agencies across the state are mandated to adopt these procedures as their minimum protocol for handling missing child cases by January 15, 2025.
