An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Mary Katherine Sheehan, an employee of the trial court of the commonwealth

This bill creates a special sick leave bank specifically for Mary Katherine Sheehan, an employee of the trial court of the commonwealth. Any other employee at the trial court can voluntarily donate their own sick, personal, or vacation days to this bank for Sheehan's use. If Sheehan leaves her job or asks to end the arrangement, any unused days in the bank will be moved to the court's general paid leave fund. The donated days can only be used for absences related to the illness or disability that originally required the bank's creation.
