An Act relative to retirement buy back into the Massachusetts State Retirement system for Sherrie Stevens

This bill allows Sherrie Stevens, an employee of the Westborough Public Schools, to purchase credit for her work at the Devereux School between 1986 and 2000. To receive this credit, she must pay the state retirement board an amount equal to what she would have contributed during those years, including interest. Once the payment is made, her retirement allowance will be calculated to include this additional service period.
