An Act authorizing the town of Rowley to continue employment of call firefighter Donald Dupray

This law allows Donald Dupray, a call firefighter in Rowley, to keep working until he turns 70 or retires, whichever comes first, as long as he remains mentally and physically fit for the job. To ensure his fitness, the town must pay for an annual medical checkup, and no further deductions will be taken from his salary. If he retires, he will receive a pension amount equal to what he would have gotten had he retired at age 65.
