An Act authorizing the town of Fairhaven to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises

The license cannot be transferred to a different location, but it can be renewed or given to a new owner at the same address if they have paid all required taxes and fees. The town must issue this new license within one year of the law taking effect, and the business must surrender its old license once the new one is active.
