An Act An authorizing the city of Somerville to continue the employment of Charles J. Femino as acting chief of police

The legislation permits the city to pay for a medical checkup to ensure he is still physically and mentally able to do the job. Additionally, it restores his full retirement pay after he had previously agreed to take a reduced amount while serving in this temporary role.
