Comerford, James B. Eldridge and other members of the Senate for legislation to establish a voluntary training program in best practices for the care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2279) of Carolyn C. Dykema and others that the Department of Public Health establish a voluntary certification training program for care of certain patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities including autism, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2615).
