Broadened the list of entities permitted to designate accredited challengers or watchers to include political committees and persons required to file reports under specific campaign finance sections.

Removed a previous restriction that allowed any 'other group of voters' to designate challengers, replacing it with specific, defined entities.

Explicitly granted the right of designated challengers and watchers to enter and remain at early voting centers and canvassing locations, not just traditional polling places.
