Section 2-106.17(F) changed the audit requirement for the Sellers of Travel Services Registration Fund from mandatory ('SHALL AUDIT') to permissive ('MAY BE SUBJECT TO AUDIT'), meaning the Legislative Auditor is no longer required to audit the fund's accounts and transactions.

Section 17-2201(C)(2) restructured the exemptions from the 'seller of travel' definition. Previously, short-term rental unit operators (renting for less than 30 days) and short-term rental platforms were independently exempt with no additional conditions. The enrolled version consolidates them into a single exemption alongside hotels, motels, and similar lodging establishments, subjecting all of them to the condition that they arrange transportation but do not directly or indirectly receive money or other valuable consideration for doing so.

The bill header was reformatted from House-passed format to enrolled bill format with proofreader certification lines and seal language. A drafting error introduced a duplicated 'OR' in Section 17-2201(C)(2)(II) ('AN OCEAN CARRIER; OR OR').
