An Act To Prohibit Medical Providers And Certain Others From Reporting Prescribed Medication-Assisted Treatment Of Parents To Child Protective Services

LD 1001 prohibits medical providers and mandated reporters from reporting a parent’s use of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders to child protective services when there is no evidence of child abuse or neglect.
