CHIROPRACTORS: Provides relative to the Louisiana Board of Chiropractic Examiners

Removed the requirement that a preceptor must have no disciplinary issues in the preceding three years.

Added a new requirement that a preceptor must have been licensed by the board for at least one year.

Added a new provision allowing preceptors to delegate specific adjustment tasks to students who have qualified for admission to the college outpatient clinic.

Clarified that while a preceptor must be physically onsite, they do not need to be present in the room while a student performs an adjustment.

Reinforced the prohibition against students presenting themselves to the public as licensed chiropractors while performing supervised adjustments.
