MINOR

The bill was converted from an original draft to its enrolled, final version. The substantive text of the resolution expressing condolences to Reverend Borgia Aubespin remains identical, but the document now includes the official signature line for the President of the Senate and removes the internal legislative services digest and page headers used during the drafting process.

TECHNICAL

Removed the 'Senate Legislative Services' digest and disclaimer text that explains the document is not part of the law, as this is standard procedure when a bill is finalized and enrolled.

Added the signature line for the 'President of the Senate' to formally authenticate the enrolled bill.

Replaced draft page numbering and headers (e.g., 'SLS 25RS-825 ORIGINAL') with the official 'ENROLLED' status and final page counts.
