COMMERCIAL REGULATIONS: Provides relative to the Uniform Construction Code Council. (8/1/25) (EN SEE FISC NOTE SG EX)

The council was renamed from 'Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code Council' to 'Louisiana Construction Code Council'.

Membership increased from 17 to 19 members, adding a licensed commercial contractor and a member representing the insurance industry.

The requirement for one member to be affiliated with the American Institute of Architects of Louisiana was removed.

The title and subject description were changed from 'Uniform Commercial Code' to 'Uniform Construction Code' to fix a major clerical error.
