HEALTH/LDH: Provides relative to fees collected by the Louisiana Department of Health

The annual permit fee for therapeutic marijuana retailers changed from a flat $22,500 for ten holders to a graduated scale based on gross sales, starting at $500 for sales under $25,000 and reaching $7,500 for sales over $100,000.

The previous provision establishing a flat $22,500 annual fee for ten specific retail permit holders was removed.

A new fee schedule (Subsection H) was added to define the specific dollar amounts associated with different sales tiers for therapeutic marijuana retailers.

Added a mandatory $25 permit fee for food and beverage vendors at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.

Removed the ability for the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival to claim exemptions granted under R.S. 40:4.5.

Updated the bill status from 'Reengrossed' to 'Enrolled' and adjusted page numbering from 5 to 4.

Added a twenty-five dollar permit fee for each food and beverage vendor attending a festival.

Reordered the text of Section 1 to insert the new festival fee provision before the existing export certificate fee section.

Added a comma after R.S. 31.32(E) in the introductory clause of Section 1.
