WATER/RESOURCES: Amends membership of the False River Watershed Council

This bill keeps the False River Watershed Council active and updates its membership to include representatives from state agencies, local government, and elected officials. The council will continue its work of studying water quality, managing resources, and coordinating efforts to improve the False River's aquatic habitat. Members of the council will serve without extra pay, and the group must send an annual report to state legislative committees. The resolution also requires the council to seek input from seven federal agencies to help guide their studies and recommendations.
