INSURANCE/AUTOMOBILE: Provides relative to uninsured motorists and certain policy forms

This bill updates rules for automobile insurance policies to address issues with uninsured motorists and specific policy formats. It requires insurers to use a properly completed selection form instead of a form signed by the named insured and mandates that this form be delivered to the insurance company. The changes are set to apply only to new insurance policies written on or after April 1, 2025.
