CRIME/THEFT: Creates the crime of theft of USPS mail (EN SEE FISC NOTE LF EX See Note)

This bill creates new state crimes specifically targeting the theft of mail and the unauthorized copying of keys for mailboxes. It defines mail theft as taking mail from a box or carrier with the intent to steal, as well as obtaining mail through fraud or hiding stolen mail.
