AN ACT relating to property.
Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 381 to define "short-term rental"; provide that use of the terms "single-family residence" and "commercial use" in any deed restrictions and other covenants on use of land shall not be construed to restrict an owner from renting out the property as a short-term rental.
