AN ACT relating to health service providers.

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B to define "covenant not to compete," "employee," and "health service provider"; prohibit a health service provider from requiring an employee to enter a covenant not to compete; set forth civil remedy, damages that can be recovered, and limitations to bring claim; require notice of prohibited covenant not to compete be posted by the health service provider; prohibit an employer from retaliating against an employee for bringing a civil action; make any covenant not to complete void and unenforceable.
