A JOINT RESOLUTION directing the Kentucky State Police to institute a pilot program of remote testing for instruction permits in counties that do not have a regional driver licensing office.

Direct the Kentucky State Police (KSP) at establish a pilot program of remote testing for instruction permits in counties that do not have a regional driver licensing office; specify required elements of the program; require the KSP to report results of the pilot project and recommendations for establishment of a permanent remote testing system to the Interim Joint Committee on Transportation no later the November 30, 2024.
