AN ACT relating to the Kentucky battlefield preservation fund.
Summary
Amend KRS 171.394 to require that matching nonstate funds from nonprofit organizations be dollar for dollar for Civil War sites and one dollar to each three dollars for Revolutionary War sites in order to receive funds from the Kentucky battlefield preservation fund; require approval of the state historic preservation officer for grants exceeding 50% of the appraised value of the land or permanent protective interests.
