A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION directing the Legislative Research Commission to examine issues affecting school district employment.

Direct the Legislative Research Commission to conduct a study project relating to public school teachers and the teaching environment, including changing district population size and compensation; designate the Office of Education Accountability to conduct the project establish guidelines for the project; authorize the Office of Education Accountability to seek data necessary to conduct the study from relevant organizations and agencies; require a written report to be submitted by December 1, 2023, to the Interim Joint Committee on Education and the Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and Revenue.
