Amend KRS 311.844, relating to physician assistants, to revise continuing education requirements and to clarify that proof of completed course work in an individual's graduate program can qualify for pediatric head trauma requirements for licensure renewal; amend KRS 311.854 to modify the application requirements to be a supervising physician.
