AN ACT relating to Medicaid coverage for sickle cell disease.
Summary
Create a new Section of KRS Chapter 205 to require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to conduct an annual review of all medications, services, and forms of treatment for enrollees with a diagnosis of sickle cell disease that are eligible for coverage under the state's medical assistance program; provide that the Act may be cited as Terrence's Law.
