Amend KRS 11.400 to prescribe additional duties to the office of Lieutenant Governor; create a new section of KRS Chapter 118 to establish a procedure to form a slate of candidates for the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor; amend KRS 118.125 to include an oath for a slate of candidates; amend KRS 118.226 to establish a procedure to follow if a vacancy occurs in a slate of candidates before a primary; amend KRS 121.015 to redefine âslate of candidates;â amend KRS 117.275, 118.025, 120.055, and 120.095 to conform; repeal KRS 118.126.
