Summary
Amend KRS 227A.100 to exempt an electrician from making up continuing education credits that were missed when the continuing education requirement was suspended; limit the eligible suspension period to run from March 1, 2020, to March 31, 2022; make amendments RETROACTIVE to March 31, 2022.
