Summary
Amend KRS 519.010 to add definition of "emergency response"; amend KRS 519.040 to increase the penalties for falsely reporting an incident that results in an emergency response; create a new section of KRS Chapter 411 to provide for a civil cause of action for damages arising from the false reporting of an incident; amend KRS 134.127 to conform.
