AN ACT relating to campus crime reporting. Amend KRS 164.948 to conform the defined terms with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 U.S.C sec. 1092; amend KRS 164.9485 to conform the crime reporting requirements of public postsecondary institutions under Kentucky law to the federal campus crime reporting requirements of 20 U.S.C. sec. 1092.
