AN ACT relating to utility assessments. Amend KRS 278.130 to require that the assessments paid by utilities to cover the costs of operation and staffing of the Public Service Commission be credited to the account of the commission instead of the general fund; amend KRS 278.150 to require the Department of Revenue to collect those assessments and credit them to the account of the commission instead of the general fund; amend KRS 42.409 and 48.315 to conform.
