AN ACT relating to the Commonwealth Council on Developmental Disabilities. Repeal, reenact, and amend KRS 194A.135 as a new section of KRS Chapter 41 to move the Commonwealth Council on Developmental Disabilities from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to the Department of the Treasury.
