AN ACT relating to underground facility protection. Amend KRS 367.4909 to waive the rights of nonmember operators of the Kentucky Contact Center for damage to their underground facilities; amend KRS 367.4913 to eliminate the requirement that the operators file their contact information with the county clerk where the operator has underground facilities and to require the Kentucky Contact Center to maintain a list of members' contact information.
