AN ACT relating to the Kentucky 911 Services Board. Amend KRS 65.7623 to reconstitute the Kentucky 911 Services Board; establish means and terms of service on board; provide for an administrative relationship with the Office of Homeland Security; exempt the board from the provisions of KRS 12.028; amend KRS 65.7625 to delineate the financial responsibilities of the board and the Office of Homeland Security.
