AN ACT relating to the licensure of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning professionals. Amend KRS 198B.656 to delete reference to apprentice HVAC mechanic; amend KRS 198B.658 to delete the requirement for the department to issue an apprentice HVAC certificate; amend KRS 198B.674 to remove the reference to apprentice HVAC mechanics; amend KRS 198B.676 to eliminate examination fees for apprentice HVAC mechanics; amend KRS 198B.702 to delete reference to apprentice HVAC mechanics.
