AN ACT relating to public housing authorities. Amend KRS 80.030, 80.040, 80.060 relating to city public housing authorities, and KRS 80.266, relating to city-county public housing authorities, to allow a city divesting itself of authority over its public housing program to have representation on the public housing authority that has agreed to take over responsibility.
