AN ACT relating to fee disclosures by licensed ambulance providers. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 311A to require ambulance providers to post fee schedules and provide them to beneficiaries; require the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services to assess a fee of $150 for failure to post a fee schedule and modifications to the fee schedule; require the board to promulgate administrative regulations to implement the requirements.
