AN ACT relating to elections and declaring an emergency. Amend KRS 121.015 to include within the definition of "caucus campaign committee," subdivisions of a state executive committee of a minor political party, which serve the same function as a caucus campaign committee, as determined by regulations promulgated by the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance; make technical corrections; EMERGENCY.
