AN ACT relating to death benefits for social workers and making an appropriation therefor. Amend KRS 61.315 to make social service workers eligible to receive benefits for death in the line of duty; require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations to establish criteria and procedures pertaining to the benefit; APPROPRIATION.
