AN ACT relating to the death penalty. Suspend death penalty executions until December 3, 2018, or until the Task Force on the Death Penalty submits a final report; direct the the Legislative Research Commission to establish the Task Force on the Death Penalty to study and develop reccomendations regarding the Commonwealth's use of the death penalty for capital offenses to be submitted no later than December 3, 2018.
