AN ACT relating to chief executive officers of colleges within the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Amend KRS 164.350 to require the board of regents for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System to develop an evaluation process to be used by the local board of directors to evaluate a college's chief executive officer; amend KRS 164.600 to require the local board of directors of a community or technical college to select and evaluate the college's chief executive officer.
