AN ACT relating to arrest-related deaths. Amend KRS 72.025 to add deaths which occur during arrest to cases which are investigated by the coroner; create a new section of KRS Chapter 72 to require coroners to notify the Medical Examiner's Office of arrest-related deaths and require an annual public report; amend KRS 72.020 to conform.
