AN ACT relating to expungement. Amend KRS 431.073 to reduce filing fee for felony expungement from $500 to $200; allow the court to waive all or any portion of the fee if an applicant is indigent or financially unable to pay; amend KRS 431.078 to allow the court to waive all or any portion of the filing fee for misdemeanor, violation, or traffic infraction expungement if an applicant is indigent or financially unable to pay.
